We reserve the right to amend and change these terms and conditions when necessary at any time.
A £50 booking deposit is required when placing a wedding stationery order. All deposits are non-refundable. An invoice will be issued upon ordering and following an agreed proof, the remaining balance will be required. Full payment is required upon ordering for all other products.
Once quantities have been agreed, all materials will be ordered. Should an order need to be amended resulting in excess materials being left over, these materials will be charged for.
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Cash.
All quotations given will be valid for 28 days. This includes quotes given via email, phone, direct consultation or post and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices given are inclusive of VAT.
Prices include printing of your stationery, layout and wording. Envelopes are included with Save The Date Cards, Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, Reply Cards and Thank You Cards. Postage and Packing is not included and an additional charge will apply and will be quoted upon ordering.
We advise all consumers to purchase samples prior to placing an order. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with your design and chosen colours before committing to a final order. Please note that samples may vary slightly in colour than those on the final products due to bulk ordering as well as PDF samples sent prior to printing. In the event that the materials used in your sample are no longer available, Dear Emma will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible and arrange for necessary alternatives.
All proofs will be sent in a PDF format prior to finalising an order. The proof will be the clients responsibility to check in detail any changes you wish to make before finalising your order. Please check all wording closely and once you are happy with the proof, we ask that an email confirmation is sent for approval. Dear Emma is unable to accept liability for any errors which are evident in the proof but have gone unnoticed after the proof has been signed off.
In the event that an error is noticed after your order has commenced printing, full charges may apply.
Dear Emma will supply standard wording for all stationery however should the client wish to use alternative wording then this must be submitted via email in a word document.
The cost of Postage & Packaging will be advised upon ordering. Should you wish to collect your order this may be arranged with prior notice. Currently based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. Following an order Dear Emma will endeavor to post your order as soon as possible. We will provide an estimated date of completion upon ordering however we do ask that you allow 2 weeks after ordering for all orders to be completed. Please ensure you allow enough time for items such as invitations and supplies which may be required for the day itself.
Please be aware that from time to time we may use images of your wedding stationery and/or wedding supplies for our Social Media platforms and website for marketing purposes.
We will of course endeavour to remove all personalised contact information and addresses from these images although names, dates and venue details may remain.
Upon placing an order with Dear Emma you will be automatically added to our newsletter.
From time to time, you may receive marketing emails showcasing the range of products on offer at Dear Emma, upcoming event news, or sales and marketing promotions.
